Better health leads to a better you. Our wellness center is available to all members for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, functional fitness, personal training and agility training. Additional training classes, like equipment instruction and developing a proper workout routine, are also available to help you get the most out of your workout. Classes focusing on basic sports skills, endurance, and fitness are also available for youth.

Health & Fitness Program Highlights

Escape Octagon

Escape Octagon providing a full range of functional training experiences!  With classes focusing on body conditioning, cross training and athletic based training we will have something for every “body”. When members move from conventional and weight machines into functional training you will notice the difference in minutes. The biggest change will be in the “fun” factor of the process.

Kroc IE Class

Age Restrictions 10-15 years

Access to the Fitness Deck is limited to guests 16 years of age or older, unless graduated from a Kroc IE class. This four-week class is designed to introduce youth to body weight strength training and use of the cardio machines on the Fitness Deck. Youth will receive instruction on proper etiquette, how to safely use the equipment, and learn the importance of exercise form.

PRIVILEGES BREAKDOWN: 10-15 Years Old: Upon completing Kroc IE, youth may use cardio equipment, the indoor track and limited areas for body weight strength training on their own. An identification badge will be issued upon graduation and all Kroc IE graduates are required to check in at the fitness desk every time they wish to work out along with having their badge.

PRIVILEGES BREAKDOWN: 14-15 Years Old: Upon completing Kroc IE, teens may attend the adult fitness classes identified in the class schedule with a “**” with a participating parent. An identification badge will be issued upon graduation and all Kroc IE graduates are required to check in at the fitness desk prior to attending an adult class along with having their badge.

Les Mills Virtual Fitness

Include scheduled classes of strength, cardio, HIIT, martial arts, cycle, yoga and more… or use the virtual system in the Kroc Center to do a workout when it fits your schedule!

Personal Jump Start

This is a great way to start your membership here at the Kroc Center! A free service that allows you to document your progress no matter what areas you use. Whether you’re looking to lower your blood pressure or lose a few pounds we can get you started out on the right track. Doing a Jump Start also gives us the tools to get you on track If you’re not seeing the improvements you want. We can provide you with guidance, so you get the most out of your membership. Consisting of difference tasks such as a flexibility, core strength and blood pressure and an InBody analysis this service will give you a baseline starting place that can be compared with rechecks.

Routine Adjustment

Think of this as a way to keep things interesting! We will discuss ways you can challenge yourself by changing up your routine, give you hints on how you can trick your muscles into working harder for you. A great way to freshen up your fitness workout safety and gain ground in reaching those goals. For members only, age 16+.

Weights for Women

Women at any age can learn how to safely and effectively use weightlifting to improve muscle tone, weight loss and bone health. During this 8-week progressive class, an experienced female instructor will teach you how to use free weights with proper form, working all major muscle groups and familiarize yourself with weight room etiquette. You will even learn how to write a weightlifting routine and when to switch it up. This 60-minute class has a maximum class size of eight individuals. Register early to ensure your spot!

Drop-In Group Exercise Classes

Drop-in group fitness classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your fitness. We offer a wide variety of group classes to meet the needs of our members.
