Les Mills Virtual Fitness at The Omaha Kroc Center includes scheduled classes of strength, cardio, HIIT, martial arts, cycle, yoga and more.
You can also use the virtual system to do a workout when it fits your schedule!
“On Demand” scheduled sessions allow users to pick their own workout format and are on a first come, first-served basis.
However, members are free to join any session already in progress.
